I know green tea is not everyone's drink of choice but once you know it's health benefits you'll learn to love it. Since tea can taste bitter, it's important to choose the right tea that suits you and keep in mind that soaking the tea for a long time will make it even bitter.
Now you are convinced and ready to have an 'afternoon tea', so let's start! :)
steps on how to have green tea face scrub/mask
After you make your green tea, you may take the tea bag out and let it cool down. In my case, since I've been doing this for a while now I already have a dried tea bag which I used a few days ago. Also, I use half of it since I only apply it on my face but you can use it all at once and you may apply the excess to your body as well. So once you have it cool down, you may rip off the top and pour the contents into a little bowl. Next, add a teaspoon of brown sugar. Sugar helps softens the toughest skin. Or, add a honey. Honey is a powerhouse of nutrients as well for the skin. Though, I find it makes my skin oily so this is optional for me. But if you have dry skin then it's best to add honey. Since I don't use honey, I just add a little water for consistency. Mix it all together and after that, you know the drill. Using your fingertips, gently massage into clean damp skin. Once done, settle it for a couple of mins (3-5mins) before rinsing it off.

You will instantly feel the difference. Exfoliation is important because it helps to buff away dead skin cells that are clogging your pores. You will have a fresher and youthful look. At least you can do it twice a month but for me, it takes longer than that because I'm too lazy.haha.. But I assure you, this method is amazing. I can personally attest to this, it helped remove a white bump under my eye before. You can never go wrong with natural products.

Don't forget the most important part, drink your tea! So next time you drink green tea, don't throw it away.
To be honest, I still cringe at the thought of me sharing about beauty tips. I personally don't have perfect skin. I barely own a skincare product, follows a specific beauty routine and would you believe that I have not tried facial mask sheet in my entire life. Yeah, that's how bad I am when it comes to caring to my skin. Although, I do believe that one should take time to have a skincare routine. Your skin will thank you for that. Once you have a healthy base then you won't have to exert an effort with your makeup since your skin will glow on its own.
